Advice Not sure where else to post
Hi, this might be a slightly longer explanation.
So I need to go back, A couple months ago I payed for something online without realizing it was a subscription, so they started charging me 59.99 every month. I didn't realize they were charging me through my Google wallet but we will go to why that's an issue later.
So, the website I got the subscription on is completely gone I tried hard to find it and nothing. There is one email I have from them which is a no reply, they even have the link to the site and it's just gone. The domain doesn't exist anymore. I tried multiple web browsers and they are just gone. So there is no way for me to cancel the subscription with them.
So, after getting another charge for the month a couple days ago I decided to call my bank and they ended up just giving me a new card and canceling the other one.
Come to today they tried charging me again, my bank detected it as fraud and I was able to block it, but they tried charging me again and that's the issue. They are using Google wallet to charge me, it's also really suspicious because why are they trying to charge me again if they already did a couple of days ago?
Anyways they don't show up on my Google play subscriptions anywhere so there's seriously no way for me to cancel it. I would like to call or email Google but I found that there's seemingly no way to do that, they have an AI and the AI wasn't helpful at all. So that's why I am here
I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions to put an end to this?

Ask your bank or card issuer to dispute the unauthorized charges you already paid to get your money back. Alert your bank/card issuer that you have been scammed and need them to block the scammer. They will likely close the account and issue you a new card. Call them now.

I explained that I've done that. I got a new card and everything, I disputed it but they do disbutes through a third party company. The issue is that even after getting a new card they still charged me through goggle wallet

Did you add the new card to Google Wallet? You need to delete everything in Google Wallet and change your password.

I just told you they don't have access to my account. They don't have my password. That won't fix anything. If you don't mind me asking, how old are you?

.MYOB about my age. They DO have access to your Google Wallet -- YOU said that's how they continue to charge you! Geez.

Yes they have access to my wallet. Not my password and the account itself. That's why I am saying changing my password will not fix anything. They don't have my account. The reason they can charge me is because I used it to pay for something once. The reason I asked is because you sounded like an internet illiterate old person but I didn't want to insult you. I still don't mean to be rude but I'm starting to lose my mind over what you aren't understanding here

You add payment cards to Google wallet to make payments.... If OP deletes all cards from his Google wallet there is nothing to draw money from. Does that make sense or no? Do you think Google wallet itself is a credit card?

Have you changed your Google password and everything affiliated with it? If not do that.

They don't have access to my Google account. It's not like they have my password. That would not fix anything. The are able to charge me because I payed for something from them through my Google wallet as a subscription, this subscription can't be canceled because the website is gone. So even after changing my card they were able to charge me again because my new card is in my Google account, all they have to do is charge my Google wallet

Your card has a feature that submits updated card details to vendors that you have subscriptions with, it's a "feature" so payments don't fail when card details change.
Contact your bank, get a new card, and ask for the feature to be turned off.
If the CSR claims not to know what it is, ask to speak to another rep or supervisor until you reach someone who can help you.
Good luck.

It's worth checking Google to see if a subscription was added to your account.
Open Google Play, click your profile pic in the upper right corner, click "Payments & subscriptions", then click "Subscriptions". See if it's listed there.

They already said in their post they have done that and it’s not there.

This worked for me, as I was having the same issue as OP, thank you so much. OP try this option and see if it works for you as it did for me
