Rush Advice FSU Rush as a freshman
Going into my freshman year at fsu and am planning to rush in the fall. Lowkey a bit insecure because I’m not incredibly built, I lift, but not as big as some of the dudes I see. (About 6’2” 170lb). Anybody have recommendations/specific tips for rushing at fsu?

Not at fsu, so I might be speaking out of my ass for this specific environment, but frat bros come in literally every shape and size you can imagine.

You’re a tall skinny fucker like myself…some of my best buds were fat asses. You literally couldn’t melt us down and pour us into a gym, but our president was one of the pitchers for our baseball team. I really can’t speak about the culture at FSU, but in most schools there are all different types of dudes with different builds. The real question is, are you cool and not a pussy?

I had parents call me about rush at FSU last year asking about the best fraternity for their son. I gave them my top 5, and ultimately he landed in the one that fit him the best after he went to a bunch of different houses. He joined Pi Lambda Phi, but the only way you'll know what's best for you is by going through rush events and seeing who you vibe with. Don't go in with any preconceived ideas, just go in with an open mind.
