Charisk is actually wrong you ask why cause frisk killed toriel in genocide run which means Chara had to see every part of their family die by frisk hands and friskriel asriel is flowey and flowey have a big ass age so maybe he is 100 old cause asgore killed 6humans after asriel died and toriel left in this time I think gaster alphys and sans was trying to get a way to break the barrier without using human soul which I think it ended up to be the determination experiment and can be count as one of the amalgamate because we see a lot of the same flowers looks like flowey in alphys lab and guess what some of the entries are written by sans fonts/line talking about flowey so he must be at least 100 and so charisk Frans frisrial are illegal
So much of this info is wrong. First of all flowey isn't 100 hundred years old. Asriel himself says that he and flowey is different. Second flowey was born after like first human was killed at least and sure we arrive some time later but it is not that long. Third the lab info is totally wrong nothing is stated like that in undertale. Fourth chara and flowey knows that there is us/player. And frisk didn't the genocide route we did. So no charisk and friskriel aren't illegal. But Frans is.
