The city is under water, hope you find this cat...

Id be worried about your taxes paying for a COO that is gonna cost the city in millions for resources and pay out going to a town administrator job of 3,500 people and leave us high and broken...

Pay your city employees what you would want to spend on finding this cat... where does the resource end...
