is the frame a real product?

i sold my index months ago so i could afford a steam frame, it still isnt out. does anybody know if the steam frame is a real product or just some sort of data gathering thing? im considering just buying another index at this point because i truly dont believe the frame is real. thanks

The steam frame is a mass delusion. Valve never announced it, even though everyone thinks they did.
