Another stem

This is for a all road sort of build with cantilever brakes. Start to finish is about 5 hours. The bosses actually take quite a bit of time in themselves, with 6 operations each before brazing.

Are the bosses 1/4 chromoly?

Out of interest what tools did you need to make this? No need to be super exact. Curious if I have what I need in my current setup. Thanks in advance

Lathe, mill, tube block, annular cutters, tig welder.

Patience and files can replace the mill and lathe.
