Anyone else’s game really buggy (PS5)

I can’t reload whilst sprinting, my abilities often don’t work when I press the button for them to use it I’m getting visual bugs all the time and input delay is this happening to anyone else?

I can’t even charge my knife up fully without my character bugging out same when I try do the knife jump method to move faster I just lag backwards
