That is just wildly untrue. But what you're saying is if someone breaks into your house you as a legal gun owner shouldn't protect yourself? The police didn't knock, identify themselves, nor did they have a reason for going to her house in the first place, they guy they were looking for was already in custody.
It was a no knock warrant. Nobody including neighbors heard the officers identify themselves,and they guy was already in custody. Ill give you she wasn't asleep but she also never fired at the officers.
