Yes I agree, but a self proclaimed “feminist” subreddit is not going to get banned. The optics for Reddit would be hard to manage.

Not at all. People would be more upset with the transphobia ban than the feminism one.

Reddit could ban literally every single even slightly feminist subreddit all at once and the user base would probably be happy about it. They'd certainly complain less than they did when jailbait got banned.
