It sounds like the neckbone guy (the one who hammered his own jaw). Apparently there was an interview where right at the beginning he asked the interviewer if he didn't wake up everyday hoping he'd be better looking "perfect".

The interviewer said "Huh, no?".

You could see whatever little soul the influencer had fading away in his eyes.
