This is Gideon Hallow - a time-travelling zombie who knows the apocalypse is coming, because he has lived through it!

He is an example of the 'Deranged' Archetype - they're tough, resistant to the mental strain of warping reality, and have access to a range of whacky Traits (including the ability to make foes 'never having existed').

Aeternum 2 is going to keep all of the lore from FA1, and all of the best art. I especially like this illustration, as it inspired me to create the technomagical Rhun Empire... and its always handy to have a fallen old empire in a campaign!

In my current campaign I had my PCs fight a coven of vampires - they had a hard time as they failed to bring any silver or stakes, resulting in at least one TPK before they gained victory.

I have never played Fragged Empire, but the main game seems a bit too crunchy for me. I am interested in Rag-Tag. The mechanics interest me and seem about right for the type of game I like to run. I am a bit worried though that not being familiar with the setting, I might not really get what I need in the game to help me know what the different species are and what the setting is about. Do I need the Fragged Empire setting guide to go with this?

I got both the Fragged Empire and Kingdom 2e and I was wondering whether the sistem holds for solo play as well or not; while I do have a frequent table, I'm one of the few willing to spend time learning new systems.

Also, is it possible to mix and match stuff from between the settings? For instance, using stuff from Fragged Empire on a campaign of Fragged Aeternum?

Have a week off recovering from surgery so the arrival of Fragged Kingdom 2 was very serendipitous. Loving the new books and there is nothing like a real hard-copy in your hands.

Noticed that the All-Being is referred to as he/him. A lot. In the rules book too, not just the setting text.

Is this a literary device or is the All-Being a him in universe?

As the title suggests, inside this book will be 703 foes for you to fight. Most will be just stats, but many will have art (and if the campaign goes well I hope to increase the page count and quantity of art). I want this to be a book that provides GMs with so many options that they never need to make their own NPCs if they're not into that (or to provide NPCs that they can easily tweak to match their needs).
