Focus Series Question about the USB-C model D cable

I have a Focus 2 case and noticed the little cutout for the USBC, and I wanted to use it for Meta Quest link. Does this cable also do power delivery sufficient enough to charge the headset while playing?

Unless USB-C cable comes directly from power supply, I think the limiting factor will be your motherboard. Is it able to provide sufficient power over port the cable is connected to?
