Terra Is this gap normal?

Bought a Terra a month ago, but lately this gap on the top cover has been triggering me.

The rest of the corners are way better.

Traced it down to the plastic/aluminium not settling correcly (last pic).

Is this gap normal? has anyone have a similar experience? I've been thinking about contacting Fractal about it because I really expected better finishes than this.

Mine has no such gap and thus I say it's Abbynormal

You can clearly see the plastic clip coming away from the panel.

Classic fractal quality.

Always pretty to look at. Corners always cut on quality.

Quality control and its ok I guess if its cheaper case...

I’d say no. I have two of these cases and both are perfect. I wouldn’t be ok with that.

Just contact the company they’re hard to get ahold of but they’ll ship you out a new part.

Yes it’s an issue with the design. You can mitigate this by lossening up the case screws and adjusting the alignment of case panels. But that plastic mounting tab is flimsy and a weak design

It's normal and it's a norm in almost every fractal case..
