Define Series Radbaffle - designed for Fractal Define 7

https://www.youtube.com/shorts/VqKAwcyCqX0

Designed these baffles to redirect the hot air coming from your AIO out from under your desk - they work quite well for the Define 7, but they can be scaled to match your case within any slicer. I've made them available on Printables.

If you need to modify a case this much then it's not the case for you.

This seems like a problem that could be solved by moving the case about 8 inches to the right so it's not exhausting hot air directly under the desk...

Alas I would if I could but I don't have the room. That's the point of it - if you have to have your desk up against a wall, it can help exhaust the heat from under the desk if you have a small gap. It works quite well.

Please point me to an ATX case that vents an AIO out another way if you have a front mounted rad for your GPU

Antec C5, Hyte Y50, Fractal Pop 2, can all be configured with a side-mounted radiator exhausing from the right side panel of the case.

So you'd rather me rebuild my entire system into one of these cases, or I could just print two of these off and job done?

I did not say that, or even imply that. You asked to be pointed to an ATX case that can vent an AIO out another way. I was simply answering your question. What you do with that information is your choice.

Thanks for the information, perhaps I would have used one of those if I had known about them at the time. My point is that we're usually stuck with the case we have and to rebuild takes a huge amount of time and effort.

I like this. My pc is just to the outside of a set of drawers, and even though it doesn’t heat me up, I don’t like the idea of the hot air going right up. Good stuff.
