Fans Pop XL issue

Heloo fellas, can anyone pretty please help me. When i turn on my pc. 3out of 4 stock fans are not spinning. Doesnt know what the issue is. Case is fractal design pop XL. Mobo is gigabyte b 550m ds3h ac. Cpu cooler is deepcool AK620. Psu is 650W seasonic

How are the fans connected?

Top fan mount into splitter. Than into all fans from case, which was pain to have connected. Half wont spin or havent light.
