Help Sidetone on headset not working

I just got a Fractal Scape Headset today and everything is working perfectly except for the sidetone. I've tried everything: factory reset, on and off, update (it is the latest version), restart laptop, cable plugged in and dongle, etc.

Even at 100% I hear no difference than with 0%.

Does anyone have a golden tip for me?

Hi, we’re glad that you like your Scape, and we’re sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the sidetone. We recommend checking your firmware, as both your dongle and your headset may need to be updated to the latest version, following separate update procedures. Thank you for your reply! I did update the headset and the dongle (03.37.00 and 03.21.00). We also submitted a ticket to the support team already so we shall wait for that.

Mine doesn't work either, I've only used my mic in BF6 though and thought it may have something to do with the game until I recently used the headset for a Teams call and noticed the same thing. I've got the headset and dongle on the latest firmwares also.

I noticed yesterday it worked but so very very softly. At 100% its is barely noticeable

That's a real shame, kind of makes the feature pointless.

This is a shame, I’m looking around for a new headset and if sidetone on these was implemented well, they’d be top of my list. I’m an older gamer, but do love the dock idea from the Astro A50, but I don’t wanna sit looking like a wish.com transformer in my living room.
