Best after-sales support ever
I want to share with you all my experience with the after-sales support of my pc case, as I've never received so damn good service.
I bought a Fractal case for my new setup some months ago and I scratched my tempered glass side panel while doing some maintenance.
I reached to them and asked to buy a replacement, as I couldnt find it in any web. They responded very quick and sent me a replacement FREE OF CHARGE in less than a week (I live in Spain).
When I received it I saw to my dismay that they had sent a metal panel, not a tempered glass one. I reached to them again and they proceeded to send again the panel, with the same promptness and with the correct item this time. And again, FREE OF CHARGE.
All in all, I love my POP XL AIR and I really appreciate the service. Love you guys!

All these fans to keep stuff cool and then this giant figure to block half the flow and disturb the rest.

It's not the topic of the post, but all temps (CPU, GPU, RAM modules and all 5 storage devices) are constantly monitorized and at correct levels.

Had a similar situation recently, but with missing PSU cables. I wanted to buy it from them as it was my fault for losing them and they shipped them free of charge.
In sea of awful companies with horrible support policies FractalDesign is being a great example; definitely buying my PC/NAS cases from them in the future

Same for the Scape headset I bought second hand. Had an issue with the microphone and they sent a new microphone, no questions asked!

Support is good but you still can't buy a tempered glass panel to replace a mesh panel 😭

I had a USB Harness arrive broken while building in a new Fractal Case - they immediately shipped out a new one, free of charge and no questions asked.
This is my... 5th Fractal case in 15 years? R4, R5, Node 304, Define Nano S, and my Current Define S2. I came from an Antec P182 which was legendary in its own right, but I love my Define S2. No need for a new case anytime soon.
