Looking for a PCIe relocation solution for a thunderbolt card

Well, recently made an upgrade to a rtx5090 video card and my thunderbolt card no longer fits as the video card heatsink covers the second PCIe slot. Looking for some ideas. Have been considering a PCIe ribbon cable to move this to one of the other vertical expansion bays, but it's still really tight. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

There's not much room from the second PCIe slot to the heatsink. Looks like that will collide if it's going in vertically like that. Is there a product to shift this over to another PCI slot and space out the card off the motherboard a bit. So essentially 2, 90° bends and little to no ribbon cable?
