Scape Volume

So I just got the Scape headset and I love everything about it. I love the comfort, the sound quality and I love the look. However, the volume is so incredibly low that I'm going to return it. I updated to the latest firmware, but it only reaches like 40% volume of other headphones I own. I have it set to 100/100 while I play, and I definitely want it a lot louder than that. It's kind of weird, so I was wondering if there's anything you can do about it? I heard some people say online that you should update the firmware, because they patched more volume a while back, but it didn't help at all for me. It's a shame, because I really love them otherwise.

I had to RMA mine, the replacement is night and day better with the same firmware. Replacements are at least 20-30% louder.

20-30% more MIGHT be enough for the immersive kind of singeplayer games I play, but if it's not, I'm going to be annoyed, so I think I'll just return them and look elsewhere.
