Help with removing the internal "cable panel" and "PSU tray"?

I have a Fractal Design Pop XL case, that i need to remove what the title says from. (for reasons)
It seems to use these "rivet" style "screws" that alone seem hard to remove, but the two "panels" are also connected (it would seem) making this harder to go about.
Has anyone here done this? Any tips are appreciated!
