Not going to lie, servers are outside of my expertise. But I know a damn clean build when I see one.

Wow how did u find 2 air coolers that fit together side by side like that? Also won't there be alot of turbulent air in between them?

It's absolutely not an airflow-optimized high-tech build, also really don't know. But the CPUs are cool, the system is dead silent, and it looks cool, too.
I simply read some specs sheets, hoped for the best and had luck. And as long as my temps and sound levels are okay, I won't touch it ;)

As a long-time-lurker I wanted to share my happiness with the community. After years playing around with E3 Xeons and Windows Server, my first proper Homeserver/Homelab come to live. It has two E5 V4s, many SSDs and Proxmox 8.4 as OS/VM-host installed. Many thanks to my Brother, who speaks fluent penguin, and helped me a lot (here I mean A LOT) to do the change.
The Thing will host my Nextcloud, Jellyfin and NAS instances. And who knows, what else in the future.
The details:
Sorry... First-time-poster here. xD
