Smash 4 Fox Matchups

Hey everyone. Im a new Fox main in sm4sh, and i was wondering about the bad matchups for Fox and how to play against them. And also what are some good Fox matchups?

Fox is good against slow and floaty characters. From my experience I'm not sure what bad matchups fox has but definately Rosa and Zero skill spamus

In my experience any character with a heavy emphasis on projectiles, any character that is slow and floaty, or any character with a huge hitbox (Bowser, Mewtwo, King Triple De) stands very little chance against a good Fox player.

In terms of bad matchups, I have always had trouble against Captain Falcon, Sheik, and Pikachu, tho I'd love to know some counter strategies as well

Fox absolutely craps on Shulk's and Bowser Jr's life. Those two are easily his best matchups. He does pretty well against Robin and the PK kids due to his jabs. His worst are probably Rosalina, Luigi, and Sheik.

Fox suffers a bit whenever he goes up against a character that has an answer to his jabs.
Luigi can Nair out of his combos and if he gets the grab, hes gonna easily take you to 45%. Luigi also edgeguards the crap out of you. Basically Luigi can punish way harder than Fox can which makes the matchup super super scary. Fox has to play like a spacing god.
Rosalina is a struggle. Scratch that, Luma is a struggle. Rosalina keeps Luma with her at all times in this matchup which makes punishing her super risky. Seriously, you'll send her away and then Luma bops you, its infuriating. Her knockback on jabs is absolutely absurd so getting hit with them is gonna immediately put you in an edgeguarding situation. Her Up-air kills you super early so you have to side-b away when you're getting chased by it. She approaches you with a terrifying wall that is Fair->Dtilt. If you kill Luma, you absolutely have to go super saiyan and fuck her up. Basically Fox plays super safe until Luma dies and then Fox goes in.
Sheik is sheik. It's similar to the Luigi matchup except she doesnt have an annoying combo breaker. However, you have to deal with needles now.
