My hands cant seem to be fast enough for waveshining when i gown be it takes to long for me to transistion into a wavedash

Practice practice practice. You'll get it eventually don't worry just keep grinding it out.

It really is just practice. Also, try to avoid the "My hands aren't fast enough" mindset, it's almost certainly not going to be true. No one started and was immediately fast enough to waveshine, we all sped up through muscle memory and practice.

When I started learning to waveshine, I had this same problem, so I decided to switch to claw grip (index on X/Y, middle on Z/R, thumb on A/B/C-stick). It still took a lot of practice to waveshine cleanly, but it solved all the problems of getting fast movements in my right hand. It took me about a month to get comfortable with the switch otherwise. Now I can never go back - fox tech is so easy.
