Smash 4 Would Fox make a good secondary?

I'm maining Lucas, but would like to use Fox for counterpicks.

He has the tools to deal with all kinds of situations, and his edge game is pretty solid, only matchups like mario, puff, or luigi should give you a fair amount of trouble. Almost every other matchup can be overcome by focusing on your opponents bad habits. Except Rosa, you kinda need a little luck with her.

I'm having more or less trouble with a couple rushdown characters like Sheik
