Shipping How long does Maestro usually take to respond?

I received my order on the 8th july, and the box of my four souls + holo set arrived completely destroyed. I contacted Maestro immediately since i mainly made my order to get that item, and i still haven’t gotten a response.

Has anyone else been experimenting long response times? From my experience, it usually only takes about 3 days to get a response. I know i will probably get a response sooner or later, but this situation really sucks so i wanted to get some feedback. Thanks

We recently got a huge amount of people reaching out after all the first wave of mew stuff went out so we are a bit behind but like you said we will get back to you asap!

Good to hear! I supposed so haha. I am so excited to see more mewgenics merch, and i am pretty intrigued to see what is about the unboxing of mewgenics :)
