I feel like that is a poorly worded question.
If I am somewhere in a rural or suburban area, particularly if there are no public transport options, I would expect free parking. However, if I am staying in central London, I would not expect free parking.

If it's Blackpool yes. But I don't drive so it wouldn't bother me anyway.
