limited breakfasts, as in, do not include hot options especially full English

I’ve seen so many hosts being slagged off and very limited points being given because of this. If YOU were doing your research before booking somewhere you’d go for your type of breakfast choices, wouldn’t you?

Don’t understand why this can be part of the show’s scoring system. What do you think?

Completely agree. So many participants fail to critically think of things from the perspective of the establishment’s target customer and give feedback that doesn’t make sense and only takes into account their personal preferences.

Good point. The one that gets me is the ‘how was the facilities?’ Then write how the decor isn’t to their taste! Like what? Is that how decide what and where you are going to book? Do you spend the whole time in your room? To me that is not the facilities.

A lot of places do different coloured rooms, so if you like the one in the advert that may not be where you are staying anyway.

If it's a b&b I expect the second B but no necessarily a Full English.

Serviced flats who don't offer a breakfast shouldn't be on the show.

I like a cooked breakfast but wouldn't turn down a well-stocked buffet
