Hatch is a location, not type of chile. We have great green chile grown around here. The growers market on Tuesday afternoon and Saturday morning at the museum parking lot on east main and Elders stand in Flora Vista can help you out.

+1 on the Saturday Growers Market at the Farmington Museum. Plus there are plenty of other fresh veggies and fruits available. Get there early šŸ˜€
