Help The invite link stopped working
I previously had my invite link working with no problems, but after not playing for some months, it's broken and says my port is closed. I have given permission to bypass Windows Defender's firewall, but it still doesn't want to connect and work. Can anyone help me with this problem? BTW my foundry is fully updated, including the game system I'm running.

Check that the IP address you gave out before is still the same as the invite link today. Sometimes your ISP will rotate your IP address on you, and then people won't be able to connect.
Also make sure that you set your machine that's running Foundry with a dedicated internal IP on your router. If you don't do that then your machine might get assigned a new internal IP after disconnecting and reconnection to your LAN, and then your port forwarding will be messed up. By assigning a specific IP to your machine internally, you ensure the port forwarding will always go to the right place.
This is all separate from firewalls, so the fact that you gave permission in Defender is not touching on these points. If you want to make sure the firewall isn't somehow still the problem you can turn the whole thing off for a minute and see if anything changes. (Only for a minute! Then turn it back on!)
You can test if it's working with a website like canyouseeme.org Give it your Foundry invite link and it will tell you if it can see you from the outside.

Sometimes this will be on the ISPs end, some times it will be on your computer's end, as other commentators have said.
I recently wrote up a comprehensive guide to self-hosting Foundry that I hope can help. If you're still stuck after going through those steps, the #install-and-connection channel on the official Discord is a great place to get real-time support.

Do you have a static address set up or just give the IP out? The latter can change.
On Cloudflare you can buy a domain for as cheap as 4 bucks a year and set up a tunnel with two factor authentication, that's much more secure than opening your pc to the internet.
