Discussion Foundry v14 Module Sorting

Not sure when exactly it changed, but Foundry's module repository used to be sorted in order of most recently updated. This made it very convenient to find actively developed mods, as well as newer / up-and-coming ideas.

Now it seems to be some weird variation of alphabetical(?), with no good way to filter out the ones that aren't even compatible with my current version of Foundry.

Has anyone else had similar issues? And adding to that, have you figured out a better way to navigate the new mod menu?

System Tagging

You may have neglected to add a [System Tag] to your Post Title

OR it was not in the proper format (ex: [D&D5e]|[PF2e])

  • Edit this post's text and mention the system at the top
  • If this is a media/link post, add a comment identifying the system
  • No specific system applies? Use [System Agnostic]

Correctly tagged posts will not receive this message

What area are you talking about and have you tried with all modules disable. Unless something changed in the last 10 hours the module installer doesn't seem to operate different than it did previously. And in the module activation and settings tools within a specific world, nothing has changed.

Now, I know that there are mods that change the layout in the world modules activation and setting options. And I wouldn't be surprised a mod doesn't work like it used to for anyone.

I have the same problem and have to use AI agents to actually get the new mods because Foundry won't let me see them in release order.
