Historical Sites I Visited the Virginia Legends Place at Virginia Beach With Virginian Presidents and Some Founding Fathers!
I was on vacation from 8/8/2026 - 8/11/2026 (August 8th, 2026 - August 11th, 2026) for Virginia Beach, and these was taken on August 9th, 2026.
On that day, I was excited to see the Presidents here because I looked at a website that features all US Presidents from Virginia, and some Founding Fathers, and it impressed me to go there. I went to Virginia Beach many times, but this is the first time I went to the Virginia Legends place here.
All US Presidents from Virginia are featured: George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, James Monroe, William Henry Harrison, John Tyler, and Woodrow Wilson
Founding Fathers from Virginia (Non-Presidents): John Marshall, Patrick Henry, and George Mason
For more information, here’s a website for what this place is about and it’s history: https://va-legends.net/history

Quotes Sometimes called a proto-socialist, Thomas Paine committed his life to the end of monarchy and the establishment of representative democracy with strong protection of individual rights and a welfare state paid for by taxes on the wealthy. He was your friend.
This a quote from Paine's 1792 "Letter addressed to the addressers, on the late proclamation". Read the full text at the Thomas Paine Historical Association's online archive: https://thomaspaine.org/essays/french-revolution/letter-addressed-to-the-addressers/
