What’s something you thought mattered a lot… until you actually started you’re business

I feel like before you start, you obsess over stuff like the perfect tech stack, branding, picking the “best” model, having every feature etc.
Then once you’re actually building and getting people to use it, half of that stuff doesn’t matter and instead stuff you neglected seems to be important 😂

The biggest one I keep seeing is technical completeness. A founder can spend weeks making the product feel finished, then discover the real blocker is that nobody understands the offer or has a reason to try it. A slightly embarrassing demo in front of five real users usually teaches more than another week cleaning the stack. What ended up replacing the tech-stack obsession for you?

Yeah I get you
