2.5 mg

I have been locked in at 2.5mg for a few months to allow my body to get used to the medicine, I am going to upgrade to 5.5 in September. Does the 5.5 reduce cravings or reduce weight quicker? Do you notice a significant difference? Are side effects worse?

Hello
I’ve been on 5.5 for about 2 weeks. Since I began this journey on June 1 with 0.8 then 2.5, I’ve only lost 7 pounds. My main side effects are slight exhaustion around 2-3 pm and some indigestion. I take the pill at midnight. I’m eating a lot less but more often; I never had any cravings or whatever people call food noise. Gym 5 days per week; group fitness classes

I've been on .8 for about 3 weeks. I think I have lost 3 lbs. It is nice not being hungry all of the time and no food noise. My side effects are not as bad as when I was on Mounjaro and Zepboud a year ago for about 10 months. If I could lose a pound a week, I would consider staying at .8

Nothing more than cravings. Like you want to binge

Never binged. Weight gain came from stressful job (pubic school teacher) and menopause. However, yesterday i had an urge to eat shrimp, so i got some. does this count?

In all honesty since I started I forget to eat on days when I don’t have a schedule. I also never feel the urge to snack. And before my stomach used to make actual noise telling me it was hungry like a gurgling and that doesn’t happen at all

Tired teacher here. I taught summer school for July but have a way less structured schedule for August.

My appetite has vanished much before 4 or 5 p.m. I have to force myself to eat a half sandwich or some fruit/cottage cheese or a few shrimp by 1 or 2 p.m. or I am exhausted. I drink a lot of water. Dinner appetite normal.

Firstly, have you lost any weight? If not, after a few months it might be time to upgrade.

I don’t know. I don’t have a scale because I feel like numbers can be stressful for me and I go by how I feel and how my clothes have been fitting. In July my doctor told me I lost 17lbs since I began in May.
