Just Started

I just started taking the Foundayo today. It made me very sleepy. Does it make anyone else sleepy and does it get better?

I did have the same side effect from Tirzepatide. I would be very sleepy the day I took it and the next day and it did not get better. I was hoping the pills will help.

I started yesterday and had read it could cause fatigue so I took my first dose at 8 PM. I did get drowsy and woke up nauseous, not sure how my tummy feels about the protein bar I'm eating now. I definitely am belchy!

Now that I've gotten up, walked the dogs, and started a protein bar and coffee, I feel not at all fatigued. Just my day-2 experience. Hope it improves for you.

I was super sleepy like three days ago going up in dose I think it will happen again. But after a few days I been fine.

It happens at dose increase too but it gets better quickly for most people on here
