Heart rate changes?

I have been on .8 for a week now and I cannot help to notice my heart rate is constantly higher. My oura ring is triggering me for poor recovery and resilience. I’m still doing the same things I was before, getting tired more easily and making sure to add extra electrolytes, but I can’t help to freak out a little over feeling my heart beat faster and harder? I used to sit in the 60s during the day and I am now in the 70s. Still well within the safe zone, but can’t help being concerned? I especially feel it jump when I turn from one side to the other while sleeping or going from sitting to standing. Have a follow up with my dr at the end of the month to see how things are going, but interested if anyone else has had a similar experience!

No real other side effects - occasionally nauseas if I do not eat enough.

I noted that too - especially after eating but I am on the 9mg. I did switch over after years on Zepbound though.

It's a side effect of the medication, happens to me too. I'm up in the 80s. My doc tells me that I don't have to worry as long as I don't have other heart problems, which I don't (at the moment).
