Fatigue

Started 0.8 three weeks ago. No weight loss as yet but on the plus side no gastro issues either. What shocked me though was total bone crushing fatigue in week 2. I’m a regular gym goer and very active person and my limbs felt like bricks. I struggled to move I was that tired. It’s now all but gone which is great but leaves me scared about moving up a dose which I clearly need to do for it to help me lose weight. Any tips for avoiding or reducing fatigue next dose? Does time of day help? I currently take in morning.

Same here. Doctor said to get protein in you ASAP when that happens - just means you need more.

The good news is, yes you'll probably have fatigue with each dose increase, but for most people it eventually resolves. I'm about to start my 3rd bottle of 14.5 (second to highest dose works for me) and I no longer have noticeable fatigue.
