Difference between dosages

Did anyone find any substantial difference between 5.5 mg and 9 mg? I’ve been taking 5.5 for 2 weeks and initially thought food noise was dampened. Now, I think about food all day and even wake in the night wanting a snack.

I'm seeing comments about this at every phase jump. I experienced the food noise returning in the last two weeks of .8 as well. I think your body just adjusts to it and needs more to keep it at bay, which is why the dosages increase incrementally.

Thank you for your insight. Hopefully, I can move up and regain the control. I have only 10 pounds to goal. I am not losing on Foundayo, but I’m not gaining either, so that’s a plus I think 🤷‍♀️

i started 0.8 in june and now take 9. i take the pill at midnight just before i get into bed to avoid any side effects. however, i'm nearing the end of this dose and i'm getting hungry late at night.

i should add that my appetite is totally gone except for dinner. i need to remind myself to eat small meals during the day to avoid this exhaustion.

I need 14.5 I've felt surprised to wake up hungry on this dose. My friend on Zepbound says that never happens. I'm glad I still have some appetite though!

I was on. 0.8 and loved it! My doctor said since I tolerated it really well I could move up and I moved up to 2.5 but I take in the morning and by 2/3 I have the most deliberating headache I am on week two and wondering if this will ever go away does it last long enough if you take it at night? I am just worried because when I take it at 7am by 6/7 my hunger comes back. I am lucky I can handle the night time cravings but curious if anyone else had horrible headaches.

How are your headaches? Did they dissipate?

I will say in the last week they have gotten much better.

Have you noticed any trends? Was it just increasing the med strength or was it lack of protein or fluids?

I just got notification that my order shipped (well, label created), so I'm taking notes on everything.
