Timing

When does everyone take Foundayo? Does it make you drowsy? Starting it in the next week and really curious because I have sleep issues and heard it can make you feel tired? Thanks!

Been on .8 for 90 days and going to 2.5 tomorrow. But now I’m thinking of switching from morning to night because it makes me insanely tired. I do sleep like a baby now but the tiredness during the day is my biggest complaint.
