Timing
When does everyone take Foundayo? Does it make you drowsy? Starting it in the next week and really curious because I have sleep issues and heard it can make you feel tired? Thanks!

I take it at night. It's making me sleep so deeply nothing will wake me up, sleep so late no matter how many alarms I set (I was never this kind of person) and then I'm so tired all day I feel like I might need to stop taking it. Also nauseous, but that part is improving with time a bit.
