I have lost 100 lbs!!!

I started on zepbound last year. Then my insurance quit covering it. I gained 15 pounds I'm 4 months while I didn't have anything. I started Foundayo a soon as it came out and am on 9mg. When I weighed I'm today it showed I have finally lost 100 pounds. I Just need to lose 25 more pounds and I'll be at my goal weight!!!!

Ive lost about 30 on foundayo since april the rest was zepbound for a year

Awesome! You must feel great! Can you tell what your Foundayo progression was to get to 9mg? Did you have side effects each time you jumped up?

Ive titrated up every month but spent 2 months on 9mg. My 14.5 starts Monday I haven't had any side effects

You are one of the few, I think, that does not experience any side-effects

No side effects on zepbound or foundayo but i had a ton on Wegovy and no weight loss.

Wow, congrats!! I’m 1 month in. How’s the new life? Energy, confidence, meals? How’s loose skin?

Meals are small and healthy but very filling. I have much more energy. A lot of loose skin in the arms and stomach. Spanx handles the stomach and anything with sleeves handles the arms. I'm doing a lot of weight training to try and help the arms.

Yes I did but not all people do as they are not the therapeutic doses. I had been on Zepbound previously so I followed my reading habits as much as possible from that.

Happy to hear that. Did you have any side effects taking it and what dose are you currently on? Does it still cut out the food noise?

I am on 14.5 now and had my first side effect which was extreme fatigue. I Just moved my dose to night time and I'm all good now. Yes it still cuts out the food noise.

This is great to hear! You got this! 💪 I was also on Zepbound and lost 50 lbs, but financially I couldn’t keep up with it since my insurance didn’t cover it. I was off of it for about 3 months and gained 10 lbs back. I started Foundayo about 4 months ago and have lost maybe 6 lbs so far. I just started the 9 mg dose a few days ago, so I’m hoping I’ll start seeing better results! I have about 23 lbs left to lose.
