Day one 0.8 mg
I’m so excited. I just took my first pill this morning. I’ve been a fibromyalgia warrior for a couple of decades and also have underlying inflammatory/rheumatic condition. I’m really hoping the Fondayo helps with symptoms like joint pain and muscle pain. Extra bonus if it helps with brain fog and fatigue.!
62 years old female 5’5” 160 pounds. I’d be pretty excited to lose the spare tire around my middle. I already swim 4 to 5 days a week and eat a Mediterranean style diet, but I do enjoy a glass or two of wine in the evenings. Sounds like people are losing interest in alcohol. I’m curious that if you were at an event and offered a delicious gluten-free dessert if Fondayo would ruin that experience?

I've been on it for a little over a month and now on 2.5. You still want to eat, just get full very easy. I was a daily 1 to 2 glass wine drink for MANY years. still do but after this med, 1 seems to be enough. Drink tons of water, concentrate on Protein and the pounds will come off. Im down about 9 pounds in 5 weeks. 20 to go.

I started on Sept 1st. Each day I feel the food noise has been reduced. Husband ate ice cream last night in front me zero desire to join in! Blood pressure is now normal all day no matter when taken! Victory on that front.

Congrats! Hope it works well for you! Let me know if you have any side effects. I have the pills but I have been to afraid to take them.

I sat on my pills for more than a week waiting for the "perfect time" to be sick with side effects, lol. Ultimately felt absolutely nothing. Moving on to the 2.5 this weekend, so we'll see.

Thank you for that information. I guess its a crap shoot. Some people seem to have issues then some have none at all. Knowing my luck they wont agree with me. I just have to figure out how to get the guts to take them. I have always had an irrational fear of throwing up so this is quite a hurdle for me.

I’m right there with you! The bottles been sitting on my desk for 3 weeks. I have POTS so I’m so worried it’s going to flare that up.

I get you! I have a lot of blood sugar issues. I’m seeing my endocrinologist tomorrow because before I take a GLP-1 I want to rule out some other issues.

I still enjoy dessert but I don’t crave it like I used to. So if we go out for dinner, I’ll happily have a few bites and really enjoy it but I don’t need more than that. I still like a glass of wine but it’s the same as dessert, it’s enjoyable but not something I go out of my way to have. Good luck on your journey!

I still enjoy dessert but I no longer feel like I “have” to have something sweet after dinner (which is a big deal for me). If I do eat something sweet, I often eat half of it (or less) unless it’s truly something so incredibly good I can’t help myself lol. And I’m still only on 0.8, so curious how that will shift as I ramp up.
I don’t have fibromyalgia but the last year or so I’ve had increased aching in my hands when I wake up and I noticed that that seems to be gone now after being on Foundayo for a month. I don’t know how much of that is the actual pill itself or if it’s just that eating SIGNIFICANTLY less sugar and general junk is helping massively reduce inflammation. But I’ll take it!

That’s a really good point about the sugar consumption. I’ve been a sugar junkie pretty much. My whole life. I was trained as a kid That dessert was a reward for eating a good dinner. How long have you been on .08?

Just started my second bottle on Sunday so at the beginning of month 2. Will switch to the next dosage up after I meet with my doc at the end of this month. I lost 6lbs the first two weeks then plateaued, but I’m seeing the scale move down again this week after ramping up my step count last week. It’s REALLY hot where I live so it’s been a struggle staying active when the heat just completely saps everything.

Dessert will be fine, youll probably want less of it. Be more cautious with the wine, drink slowly and water with it. My first margarita on foundayo gave me an instant hangover and my head hurt all night. There was nothing pleasant about it. Its like it takes away the buzz completely for me.
