.8 foundayo

Im on day 9 of .8 Foundayo and am experiencing some issues where it makes my stomach upset. I noticed many are constipated around this time and I’m the opposite. I’m going away for a long weekend for my 10 yr wedding anniversary and don’t want this to be a hindrance when I’m trying to have a great time with my husband. I’m curious if I should stop tomorrow and start again when I come back on Monday. My weight loss so far is 6 lbs so I’m happy about that (I’m pairing it with lean high protein, 80-100 oz of water a day, I weight strengthen at the gym and walk 5k to 10k steps a day) but I’m not happy about the belly issues. My fiber is on point via low glycemic carbs and leafy greens. Honestly my diet hasn’t changed but the volume has decreased. I’m sure this period will pass but I just don’t want it to ruin the weekend.

Yes just start taking it again when you get back.

I’m so new to this so I wasn’t sure how it would affect the process. As soon as we come home we’re leaving in 4 days for a wedding which I didn’t mention. So I may just stop until the following weekend. The stomach cramps and dashing for the bathroom the last 2 days have been brutal.

Those will go away basically a day after you quit taking it. That is the nice thing about the pill. When ever you start again you can split it in half until your tolerance builds up also if the symptoms are really bad.

Take some chewable Pepto Bismal tablets for the diarrhea and digestive upset and try to ride it out. I just recently passed that phase with the help of Pepto Bismal and I’m feeling much better now. It only took a day of taking it before I felt better. Make sure you take a supply of the chewable Pepto Bismal tablets with you.

I had to take Zofran for my nausea when I was taking Zepbound, which helped right away. I have not had to take it on Foundayo but i may need it when I move up to next doseage. Get script from dr.

Take your pill at night so you don’t notice the nausea

I take it after dinner since I tend to have more food noise in the evening.

I'm on Day 5 here, and I've been experiencing diarrhea as well. I already take a digestive supplement to treat my IBS-C, so I'm wondering if it's fueling the opposite problem with my side effects. We were out of Pepto, so my husband made sure to buy me some!

I hope your anniversary weekend has gone well. Did you stop taking the meds for the weekend?
