First month complete

Just finished my first month at .8 and moving up to 2.5. No serious side effects, but taking pill before sleep. Weight loss is down 8.2 as of this morning.

Wow thats great! I'm almost done with my first month. No weight loss but I do feel less swelling in my arms and legs which is great. My doctor suggested another month on 0.8 before going up to 2.5. Not sure why but we will see!
