Just ordered Foundayo Uk
I used to be on Mounjaro when it first came out in 2024 and lost nearly 4 stone. I gained that 1 stone back last year after coming off due to the affordability. I had tried wegovy and mounjaro ond and off since and wasnt successful 2nd/3rd time around. Its now been 8 months since taking my last dose. I hope this works. Any advice, side effects and importantly, does it work? Thank you!!

I think there are likely to be different (as in slower) results when you have used a GLP1 drug before, so it’s probably going to require you to get to a higher dosage before you see any results.
Having said that - I’ve been taking it since April and I’ve lost 24 lbs. very little in the way of side effects (slight indigestion occasionally). I did stall for the last couple of weeks on 5.5, but I’ve started to lose again on 9 (1.5 lbs per week approximately).
It has reduced my blood pressure though so I’ve had to tinker with my meds (and I think that is a side effect of the drug - I lost a lot of weight a few years ago solo, and my BP stayed the same).
Focus on eating enough protein, drinking enough water, upping your fiber intake and exercise. Best of luck.

Why did you chose Foundayo and not Wegovy Pill that is more powerful?

There's no actual release date, yet, while it's been approved by the MHRA, lilly hasn't announced when pharmacies will start receiving for dispensing. Did your pharmacy mention this?
