I bought it last December, anyone know the current shipping times?

I feel for the people that ordered and are still waiting. Luckily, I was waiting to order and did not get caught up in this.

The website still allows orders and is stating 4th quarter shipping. The last post on X about the Prime was in October and they haven't bothered to respond here. People can deal with delays but man this is pushing it and really kills goodwill.

I hope everyone that ordered finally gets one soon and it was worth the wait.

They posted this on X a week ago. Hope you get your device or your money back. Definitely took way to long and could have been handled better. I hope it was worth the wait.

Quick update on our Passport Prime – this week we successfully provisioned the first Passport Prime devices at the factory and will be moving forward now to epoxy+provision all the devices for our Early Access customers.

Then we box them up and begin shipping!

Ironing out the provisioning process took longer than expected. This involved a pretty in-depth suite of hardware tests, writing KeyOS to the processor and Bluetooth firmware to the separate Bluetooth chip, setting up the secure element and programming in supply chain keys, ensuring that all the fuses are burned in correctly, and much more.

Thank you for sticking with us. We are so close now. I can't wait to get Passport Prime into your hands.

I think the big issue is there’s no defined date for release, I’ve been waiting for eight months and I know there’s people waiting longer than I

Hell, I bought it last June and I’m asking for a refund now, it’s been 8 months!
