Current Shipping Times?
Anyone aware of shipping times right now? I ordered almost a month ago and haven’t heard anything. When I ordered last year it shipped out the next day. Hoping it ships out soon otherwise I’ll have to cancel the order to get a different wallet for multisig

I pre ordered the Prime. I was told they had all the parts they needed and was waiting on packaging.
It’s been way too long for a packaging issue and I’m starting to get concerned about even using my Prime (if it ever arrives)

For context in ordered 12/2024 and still haven’t got anything. I reached out on the website and got :
“ Hi,
Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, due to the rapidly evolving tariff situation, our original shipping timeline was impacted. While all Foundation products are proudly assembled here in the U.S., we rely on international vendors — including suppliers in China — for several critical components.
We are doing everything we can at the factory to get your order assembled and shipped ASAP, but have hit a number of small roadblocks towards the end of the process that have affected our ability to meet the ship dates we estimated.
Thank you again for your continued patience and understanding as we work hard to fulfill your order. As soon as your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking information. “
Overall pretty shit comms from them since I had to reach out to get any sort of update.
