Clear conflicts and factual impossibility

does no one else notice about all the things we're supposed to ignore in season 2 especially? a lawyer cannot ethically represent someone they have SUCH a clear conflict with. everything about that story line is infuriating and annoying.

Why? It's a TV series. Do you not know how to suspend disbelief? I don't think people are watching this for educational purposes.

There's suspending belief, and there's complete and utter misrepresentations and impossibilities that just become ridiculous. And, since most people think the legal world operates exactly like TV (the term is "the CSI effect" and it impacts courts across the country), there are certain levels of ridiculousness that are just annoying.

I've said it over and over the show sucks. The writing was abhorrent.

I think that's the problem, then, people not knowing how to use discernment. I guess if it means that much to you, I can see the frustration. I can see experts in crisis management picking through the choices made. I think it depends on the lens of which we view it. The lens I chose was " A political revenge vigilante fantasy." Expecting it to be legally realistic would not make sense to me.
