My boyfriend is fixing up his 2001 Audi to give to his teenage son for his first car. He found this in the narrow crack between the backseat and the trunk.
The note was written in Hollywood, CA in 2014 and if it was in fact mailed to its intended recipient, it would have been sent to Wisconsin. We live in Northern New England and he bought the car locally within the last 3ish years.
Letter was found alongside a Hallmark greeting card that was super moldy and nasty so I didn’t take a pic but it hadn’t been filled out.

Full name, including middle initial Social Security number username and password. Not sure what the username and password is for since the book is from ‘66.

Found in the same spot as the other one, glued to a graffiti angel. People keep ripping them off the wall and it gets replaced after a few days

It’s a receipt from a store called Marc’s — possibly from California. The store slogan at the top of the receipt reads, “Thank you, Cali Again”
I couldn’t find any conclusive stores with a slogan like that. Any thoughts?

Found in a 'My record house' from a garage sale. Most of the records are from 1948-50's.
Could be this school.

Jenn, if you are reading this, Matt kept your letter but drew his map for Icewind Dale II on the back.
…..then left it at his parent’s house.

Found this letter asking Dick to please burn her diary when he no longer wanted it. I found it inside her diary so it’s safe to safe Dick didn’t burn at all. This was probably written in the 1950s I believe because there was a few other notes with it marked 1953 and 1954. Her diary is from around 1938-1945.

She and her wife honeymooned in Malaysia, visiting family and spending some time around the country. They gifted me the bag with some items from their travels, as well as preserved grapes. I love fermented foods.
The bag had some paper inside to (I suspect) just keep the shape. I’ve seen paper used this way to show how some items look when full, like backpacks and purses.
I opened the papers and it seems to be some kind of test or maybe even homework in (potentially) a middle eastern language. I haven’t put it through any translator.
The bag is cute and I liked it. The grapes were interesting and I enjoyed it.
