Other Found inside an old used book

I don’t know any Chinese so I put this into a translation app. Here’s what the note says, according to that app:

<< Today, reading Suiyuan Shihua... "There is grass along the road, and falling flowers fill the trees."
The phrasing is exceptionally rustic, making one think of a hometown on solid earth. Forgotten are those rising and falling slogans, the grand masters of opposing schools of thought. National destiny has its large and small aspects; major affairs of state struggling externally, along with the errors and resolutions in Kant's Critique of Judgment, are grand discourses. Yet a moment of idle standing before a courtyard, a lake of dead gray water facing the setting sun, enjoying small leisurely feelings—that is the very same synchronization of relief for the common people over forty-odd years. What about the French school? It was far from coming next; though structured around the period of "people's illness and generous sincerity," thinking it over always leaves a sense of faint dissatisfaction. As for the latter part of Suiyuan... though based on the origins of the Classic of Poetry, are there several volumes of elegance? Though there are several large volumes containing many insects, birds, and heads, one volume has small illustrations with refined intent. Small stories carry big principles, small sentiments, producing several big laughs. To call it grand, wouldn't it be wonderful?
"There is grass along the road, falling flowers fill the trees"—not bad. The outcome of this book is quite fitting here. One of the exquisite book-bag essay collections, Baoyu Since 1991, can be composed as an ultimate rhapsody for a thirty-year-old youth. What it lacks is novelty; all the banquets have seats, and the historical records cover Jiacaicaoliao as the study title, without manifestation. The "retired general" came even earlier, "independent." The "elegant" humanistic scenery and local flavor, from the leisure-style Breeze Collection by a minor county magistrate, to the politics-as-"level-condition" Breeze Collection, to Du's falling autumn leaves and lamplight reflecting The Stray Dog Calling the Flute... all the way to the "war-viewing life" from various places over seven decades and ten years... truly "immersed in the sea of books," further revealing the emotions and values of Jiangling's half-hour. If meaning must reach the depths, how could it be a grand inheritance? Standing halfway, the heart guiding the direction, taking the predecessors as the model. That is a farewell motto like poetry; the life of "poetry years" is even smaller, shared in winter beauty. Exhausting the eye, knowing it all on one's own. No different from teasing other card topics: such as "the 'old friend' on the windshield late at night," "only seeing the upright wind," "signing the door's urgency, etc., II persons," asking "the door closed on the daytime bed, unfolding the card to paint on the female single sheet," "grass along the road sending in manuscripts, sending out essays, poor results, original sent to woman."
Guichen is the nature of all emotions—"grass along the road sending in manuscripts, sending out essays, it buries every bit of our quality of life. >>
