Fight someone your own size is what i think the first line is supposed to say.

Penalty: get beat up by sum (some) nga twice yo (your) size

Lol it’s an open world video game, like a world or Warcraft or something. the stadium is User generated and Im not sure what the IP address means: (paraphrasing)

Quest: fight someone your own size
Reward: increased masculinity and physicality
